A brief delightful time at Kasbah:

To start of my gastronomical adventure, I went to Kasbah an authentic middle eastern cuisine. Kasbah is located a little bit off the strip of Niagara Falls in a calm and quite neighborhood. The restaurant is well decorated and has an authentic middle eastern charm to it. The interior of the restaurant is decorated into a shape of royal train dinning room.

Upon reaching we received a warm welcome by our server. We were shown to our seats and given proper menu cards and was told that the rack of of lamb was the house specialty. The menu featured middle eastern food and Italian cuisine such as pizzas and pasta. It also featured burgers, wings and fish and chips amongst others. After going through the food and drinks we ordered our food and drinks and waited twenty minutes before our food arrived with complimentary rice and salad.

The food was served hot and was cooked to perfection. However, the rack of lamb was bit undercooked according to my taste. The rest of the food was perfection. After we finished our main course we jumped to deserts we ordered deserts which was disappointing as the menu didn’t feature any authentic middle eastern desert.

After our dinner we had a delightful conversation with the chef/owner and our waitress regarding my experience at Niagara College and my job. This was a perfect ending to our dinner. The owner of Kasbah was kind enough to help us with our little photo season. I am extremely grateful to Miss Camus for giving us this opportunity which allowed me to explore these little hidden treats all across Niagara Falls.
